Let me add just one situation I witnessed directly where Donna Fonseca-Wilson (Victoria "MPA" Baca) showed her true nature: I was walking with a good friend and beautiful human being, Mrs R. in the hall way of the second floor of the MVUSD office building on Alessandro Blvd in MoVal. We were chatting about her family when Victoria Baca approached us from the other end of the building. My friend smiled and said "good morning" to Donna Fonseca-Wilson (Victoria "MPA" Baca) and turned back toward me. At that moment Baca began screaming, I don't mean yelling, screaming at this lady (who had been awarded state recognition for her work as a bi-lingual aide to MoVal parents and children,)screaming in Baca's poor street Spanish. The woman was stunned and began to cry. Baca looked at me muttered a few words in Spanish and left. Not knowing who this woman Baca was, I turned my attention to my friend and we sat and talked. My friend proceeded to tell me the Donna Fonseca-Wilson (Victoria "MPA" Baca)had just called her several ugly names in Spanish because,"I didn't say good morning to her in Spanish." Mrs.R. went on to explain that some of these ugly expletives had to do with her standing there with me a Caucasian man.
Having seen Donna Fonseca-Wilson (Victoria "MPA" Baca) in action since I can tell you that THE AFOREMENTIONED IS her TRUE NATURE.
Sincerely,
Richard Bright
MODERN SCHOOL COUNSELORS are too often the only advocates many children have. The thin red line between hope and hopelessness. In the face of chronic failure, neglect, abuse and worse. We carry on with the US Supreme court mandate that all children should have a free and adequate education "socialization" skills are a necessary adjunct if men are to be seen as equals. That statement is more true and necessary today. Counselors meet these needs and more in the education setting.
